Cancellation Policy
As always, I like things to be easy! I offer all clients access to online booking. You can change, cancel or schedule appointments 24/7 via my booking site.

I do ask that all appointments are canceled 24-hours in advance. I do work by appointment only.

If an unavoidable emergency does come up please contact me as soon as you can!

​If you cancel within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of your service is due, and not applied to your next service Unfortunately I can not always fill last minute appointments.
Any "no call, no shows" will be required to place a
50% non-refundable deposit to hold future appointments.
That deposit will go towards your next appointment OR you have the option of "same day only" appointments.

If you no call, no show, I have the right to deny any and all future hair appointments. Please understand your & my time is extremely valuable. I can't always fill last minute appointments which can leave a gap in my day where I am not working.
